Which work created a customer action?
Move the client conversation from traffic volume to the behaviour the work produced.
Hubly for agencies / Portfolio evidence
Connect separate client-owned Workspaces, assign only the account team responsible for each client, and read every Hub through one evidence standard.
Local-marketing agencies · multi-location portfolios · client service teams
Switch clients without changing how the evidence is read.
02 / Portfolio view
Give every account manager the same evidence language while preserving the client Workspace and exact Hub behind each result.
Move the client conversation from traffic volume to the behaviour the work produced.
Scan the portfolio, then move directly into the client and location record.
Keep observed actions and confirmed results distinct in every client conversation.
03 / Client-ready evidence
Hubly gives the agency a consistent way to show what happened without pretending every client has the same systems or evidence depth.
Every action remains scoped to the account and operation where it happened.
Calls, bookings, directions, and requests stay attached to their campaign record.
Account teams can explain what Hubly saw and when a result has stronger confirmation.
04 / Agency operations
Start with one familiar client path, define the evidence standard, and carry that operating method into compatible accounts.
Choose a cooperative client, a known source, and the customer action the owner already cares about.
Use consistent source names, action definitions, and confidence language across the account team.
Connect client Workspaces, assign the responsible account team, and let the client revoke access without losing its Hubs or history.
05 / Founding plan
The founding Agency plan includes 10 connected client Workspaces, 10 agency members, and sponsorship for up to 50 active Hubs across the agency and sponsored clients. Self-paying client Hubs do not consume that allowance, and every client keeps ownership of its Workspace and history.
06 / Before you apply
The current offer is an agency workspace and client evidence product, not a promised fully white-labelled platform. Branding requirements can be assessed during the fit review.
Yes. The client owns its Workspace, Hubs, and historical evidence. The agency receives delegated access; either side can disconnect the relationship, and the client keeps everything.
The client can keep its own Hubly subscription, or the agency can sponsor the Hubs from its 50-Hub allowance. Self-paying client Hubs do not use that allowance. Sponsorship changes billing responsibility, never ownership.
Yes. Workspace owners and admins can see every connected client. Editors and viewers receive deliberate assignments only to the client Workspaces they operate.
Not necessarily. Hubly is the operating record for the source-to-action answer and can sit beside the systems your team already uses.
