1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hubly Links ("the Service"), operated by Zeniva Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hubly Links is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create customizable profile pages containing links, business information, and social media profiles. The Service includes both personal and agency account types.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all content posted through your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing links.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By posting content, you grant Hubly Links a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You can delete your content at any time, which will remove this license.

6. Agency Accounts

Agency accounts allow organizations to manage multiple client profiles. The agency account holder is responsible for obtaining proper authorization from clients before creating or managing profiles on their behalf.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is currently in beta, and features may change, be added, or be removed. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be permanently removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zeniva Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
