What is included?
These totals count confirmed events received from connected outcome providers, not unique customers. A booking and a completed visit can describe two stages of the same journey. Cancellations and refunds are excluded when the connected provider reports them to Hubly. Coverage varies by provider; these totals are not a reconciliation of your payment accounts. Reversed records remain visible in recent activity. Native booking and shopping sandbox records are separate and are not added to these totals.
A source can confirm an outcome even when Hubly cannot match it to a marketing source. Amounts in individual records are reported by the provider and are not a verified revenue total.
